Troitskii Shpir'
This mountain is located in the Gadabay district of Azerbaijan. Because of its location near the former village of Novo-Troitskoye, Doukhobors named it Troitskii Shpir’ (Тройцкий Шпирь), meaning “Troitskii Peak”. The mountain can be seen from throughout the district and is an important visual landmark demarcating the traditional Doukhobor homeland in Azerbaijan. [40° 37' N - 45° 52' E]
